Loonie Pincher

Free, non-commercial, community-run grocery price tracking for the Greater Toronto Area.

Loonie Pincher is a community project with no commercial interests: always free, no ads, no paid tiers, no selling of data. Every price comes from shoppers like you (crowdsourced), and the app is not associated with the Royal Canadian Mint, any bank or any store.

Compare your storesCostco, No Frills, Loblaws, Metro, FreshCo, Walmart and the rest, side by side, by package and by unit price.
Scan, don't typeRead a receipt, a shelf tag or a barcode on your phone. Nothing leaves your phone unless you share it.
Deals from real shoppersClearance and sale prices posted by other shoppers, with a tag photo, confirmed by people who saw them.
Private by designNo ads, no name, no email. Shoppers are known only by a Loon number unless they choose a nickname.
Groceries and moreGroceries, household staples and everyday consumables: the things you buy again and again.

Coming soon to Google Play. Loonie Pincher is in testing with a small group of shoppers in the GTA.
